The habitual 70 drivers were present for the last round of the SITCC of the 2014/15 season. Includingparticipants from France.
The grip was super low during the timed practice and first qualification, so I focused on learning the track without too many unnecessary setup changes. The grip started becoming acceptable from the 2nd qualifications onwards. I started with tweaking the roll center in order to increase the over grip of the car and soon I was able to put in consistent laps in. With my T4â™14 running really good in Q3 I was able to move up 5 spots to conclude with the 3rd position on the starting grid. In front of me I had the two fastest French drivers Arnaud Soulignac sitting on pole and Walter Pollet‐Villard on second. Behind me was Kevin Zwahlen.

The finals were 6 mins long. At the tone of the first A main I was able to take off and keep my position until Walter in front of me went off the track. Whilst he was getting back on the track, he appeared in front of me and I slammed the breaks not to enter into contact with him.

I however managed to get in front of him, but since my car was unsettled he took back his position. With this opportunity Kevin managed to get by me as well. After a lap or two after finding my rhythm I was able to pass Kevin cleanly and then distance him a bit. I finished 3rd.

In the second final I kept my third position from the start and closed up on Walter. He made a mistake and I was able to pass him, despite slight contact after Walter tried to correct his error. Walter spun out and I was able to proceed. Knowing that I had little chance to catch Arnaud I decided to drive clean fast laps and stay out in front of Walter. Walter, attacked the rest of his race, but made too many errors and was not able to put further pressure on me. I was able therefore to take second place.

Overall I finished third, behind Arnaud and Walter, which I am proud of as the level is getting tougher and tougher since more permanent tracks are becoming available for drivers to practice on.
